Is there a “User Agreement”?

The Douglas County School System provides a user agreement for digital devices.  Please click the following link, DCSS Tech Initiative, to view the DCSS user agreement.  Once you have read the User Agreement, please add your digital signature to the form in this link (CLMS Learning Device Agreement). This must be completed in order for your student to receive a school Chromebook.

Is there a fee for the school device?

Per the district, there is a $25 Student Technology Fee per device to cover the cost of possible damage and replacement as well as annual device refurbishment. The fee may be paid at the school using cash or check or you may click the link below to pay online.
